Christopher Polk/Billboard Trending on Billboard Travis Kelce is having a good October so far, from celebrating his birthday with Taylor Swift to winning against the Las Vegas Raiders and gearing up for Halloween. During the Wednesday (Oct. 7) episode of New Heights, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end spilled on how he spent his 37th birthday two days prior. “It was a good day,” he began. “Got some food out here in New York, went to one of my favorite spots, Torrisi, to hang with Tay.” “Torrisi’s got some good desserts,” Travis continued to brother and cohost Jason Kelce, who’d asked whether the couple had enjoyed any birthday cake that night. “They brought out the entire arsenal.” The day before the younger Kelce’s birthday on Monday (Oct. 5), the Chiefs had faced off against the Raiders, winning 30-27. “If we would’ve lost, it would’ve ruined my birthday,” Travis noted. Later in the podcast, the NFL star siblings reacted to a fan’s homemade Halloween decoration, which rendered bales of hay into models of Travis and his 14-time Grammy-winning wife. Both Jason and Travis cackled at the image, with the Grotesquerie star exclaiming, “Oh my f–king gosh.” “Haylor Swift and Travis Kelc-hay,” he added, reading off the placards included in the photo next to his and Swift’s respective hay models. “Why’d they have to make my wife crosseyed? That’s all I’m asking.” And when Jason suggested that “Haylor” was simply about to sneeze, Travis joked of Swift: “She does go cross-eyed before she sneezes.” The Chiefs player’s birthday just so happened to be on the same day the Eras headliner scored her 16th No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Patient Zero,” one of four new bonus tracks to her 2025 album The Life of a Showgirl, which also logged another week atop the Billboard 200 following the release of its deluxe.
