The pair have been dating for a year now after having a brief fling over a decade ago. While Chloe and Dan were on Towie together, they never officially dated. Chloe admitted on the show that they had shared a kiss around 2015 before she joined the cast and rumours of romance between them were rife. Dan went on to date a number of other women on the show, including Amber Turner, and most recently Ella Rae Wise, who he split from just three months before getting with Chloe. However, when he and Chloe recently hard launched their relationship the move, we’re told, left his ex Kate with some questions. During an episode of Towie in 2017, Chloe was left in tears after confessing to Kate she and Dan had kissed in the past – weeks after Kate and Dan’s six-year relationship came to an end. In a later episode, Kate accused Chloe of flirting with Dan following their split and branded her “snakey”. A well-placed insider told The Sun: “It’s a tough one for Kate. Her life is so very different now and all of that feels like a million years ago. “But when she heard Dan and Chloe were together, naturally it raised questions in her mind.” Our Insider said: “There has clearly always been something between them and it’s only human for Kate to wonder just how close they were while she and Dan were together.” Comment now
