This tiny Gmail update makes dealing with verification codes much easier

You can simply tap the button and paste the code wherever you need it, instead of manually typing it out or selecting and copying it from the email. That implementation doesn't seem to work every time just yet, but I've found the shortcut inside emails containing verification codes to appear much more consistently.The feature has already started rolling out with the latest Gmail update on both Android and iOS. If you don't see it yet, it's worth updating the Gmail app to the latest available version.Unlike the Messages app, though, Gmail's implementation doesn't directly integrate with Gboard for now, so you'll still need to open Gmail and manually copy the code.
