Line 9- by 13-in. metal baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on long sides. Add chickpeas and toss with oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper to coat. Roast chickpeas until spices are fragrant and toasted, 10 to 12 min.Step 2Meanwhile, in large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, nutritional yeast, and 1/2 tsp salt.
