That’s the gap NordVPN is trying to fill with its new tool, PriceMice.PriceMice is a browser extension developed by NordVPN that can show you what a room would cost when booked from different countries. Travelers are well acquainted with location-based pricing on hotel booking websites. PriceMice fixes that by giving you the full list of countries and the prices you’d get when booking from each. It also focuses on the final checkout price, so you see the price inclusive of all taxes and fees. Once you find a good deal, you can switch to that location and book the room.I tried finding a hotel room in Tokyo, and PriceMice found a deal that would save me about $120 just by switching my location from India to Taiwan.It’s worth noting that PriceMice uses AI to track and match prices, so it may provide inaccurate information.
