Teen girl ‘raped’ under bridge in broad daylight near football stadium as man in his 30s arrested

A MAN has been arrested after a teenage girl was allegedly raped under a bridge near a football stadium in a horror broad daylight attack. Police were called to reports of the rape at the Novi Sad bridge in Norwich on Tuesday afternoon. A man in his 30s was subsequently arrested on suspicion of rape, police said. A forensic tent was seen under the bridge, which is just a short walk from Carrow Road stadium. The bridge was cordoned off as officers investigated the reported incident. The tent has since been removed and the cordon lifted.
