While the action thriller series has occupied that spot in the past, this new rise to the streamer's #1 position domestically comes at the perfect time after a new release. After all, Lioness season 3 aired its last episode on Sunday, September 20, which means that it has now overtaken the long-running animated hit series South Park on Paramount+ nearly a full week after its latest episode was released. Given how South Park, now retitled as South America, is still airing new episodes, that is a huge feat. Lioness now ranks above several major projects on Paramount+'s Top 10 TV Shows chart in the United States. That said, at the moment, it is surprisingly the only Sheridan series to appear on the chart.
