Tara Lily – “Break The Motion”

Since releasing her debut album Speak In The Dark in 2024, Tara has opened for Raye in London and collaborated with King Krule. Today, the British-Bengali musician is back with a sprawling new song called "Break The Motion." "'Break The Motion' is about reckoning with your inner storm, self-destruction, and riding the cycles of chaos," Lily explains. Initially written on synth and developed with longtime collaborator Dom Valentino, the track comes with a visual performance directed by Temi Adegbayibi and shot on Super 8 film inside Royal Albert Hall at 5 a.m. Check it out below.
