Passenger Marina Maiskaya, who was travelling with her mother on the flight from Istanbul to Tunisia, said the plane began shaking violently during multiple attempts to land.Maiskaya shared a video on social media showing passengers gripping their seats as the aircraft jolted, with screams heard across the cabin.She said the journey had been smooth until the descent began. “The flight itself was smooth, but things turned absolutely terrifying as soon as we began our descent,” she wrote, adding that she had never feared for her life like that before. According to Maiskaya, the pilot made three attempts to land at Tunis-Carthage Airport amid the storm. The aircraft was reportedly forced to circle the area before another attempt was made.“We were shaken violently each time, and on the third attempt, we actually started to plummet,” she wrote.
