Starr Launches Italy Office, Appointing Arrigoni as Branch Manager

Starr, the New York City-based insurance group, announced the opening of a branch office in Milan, Italy, marking an important milestone in the company’s continued expansion across Europe. The Milan office will provide clients and broker partners with a dedicated local point of contact while providing access to Starr’s wider European network. The new branch will be led by Reto Arrigoni, who will serve as branch manager for Italy alongside his existing role as Head of Casualty for Continental Europe. The launch builds on Starr’s established presence in the Italian market, where the company has supported clients for several years through its wider European network. By establishing a dedicated local operation, Starr said it is reinforcing its ability to deliver specialist expertise, deepen relationships with brokers and insureds, and support future growth opportunities across the country.
