Earlier this summer, M&S delighted fans by dusting off its 80s St Michael logo with the launch of four retro chocolate bars, then in September revived its 50s biscuit selection box for Christmas. Now, Cadbury is getting in on the action with a very exciting return. The legendary Cadbury Dream white chocolate bar has been spotted back in stores, having originally launched in 2001 before being axed in the UK just 12 months later in 2002. B&M are selling it for £2.99 a bar (Picture: Candy World Lowestoft / EBAY) The white chocolate slab continued to be sold consistently in countries like Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. And now, it’s back on home soil thanks to budget homeware store B&M. The bar has occasionally and sporadically reappeared in the UK store through imports over the years. And now it seems like the original is available again, just in time to fill those Christmas stockings. Shoppers can get their hands on the noughties classic for £2.99. It’s unclear how long B&M will stock the treat, so grab yours before they’re gone! What do people think of the chocolate? On TikTok, @rachaellouisewhitelaw called them ‘unreal’, while for @lifeofbeesam, it’s their ‘childhood dream.’ On a similar vein, @tanyarichards1981 wrote: ‘I grew up with these. Takes me back.’ ‘I am addicted to these!’ added @mattinicocktailco, and @turquoiseazure exclaimed: ‘Best chocolate ever!’ Ask Metro Use AI to go deeper into the stories you care about – powered by Metro and trusted publications. On Reddit, one user called the £2.99 price tag hefty, but said it was worth it for the ‘nostalgia.’ Would you give it a try? (Picture: Dansway Gifts and Bargains UK / Facebook) The Cadbury Dream joins a wave of nostalgic treats making a return to the B&M sweet aisle, including the retro Cadbury Astros, which have been spotted back on shelves, imported from South Africa, after being discontinued from the UK in 2008.
