Live Blog Update| War on Iran 30 August 2026 22:15 BST Seven Palestinians have been wounded in the occupied West Bank village of al-Mughayyir, near Ramallah, most of them by live ammunition, local sources told Al Jazeera. It remains unclear whether the rounds were fired by Israeli forces or Israeli settlers. Residents said that Israeli forces who raided al-Mughayyir after the settler attack have since withdrawn to the village entrance, which locals say is now locked down and besieged. The raid came amid an escalating settler violence campaign against Palestinians across the occupied West Bank. Earlier on Sunday, settlers were also reported to have bulldozed large areas of land in the village of Nahalin, west of Bethlehem, to expand the Beitar Illit settlement.
