Blair faces federal assault allegations related to the alleged in-flight incident, in addition to the two state assault charges stemming from the alleged attacks on the officer and nurse. A representative for the actress told Page Six that Blair experienced a medical emergency that led to the alleged conduct. “Upon landing, she received immediate medical attention and is currently in stable condition,” the representative said. Delta also condemned the alleged behavior, telling Page Six that the airline has “zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first.” The FBI is investigating the alleged assault aboard the aircraft. Witnesses said Blair was drinking wine in first class before making the remarks, including, “He beats me. He’s going to kill me.” Two nurses aboard the flight reportedly tried to help her, while the pilot alerted authorities that a passenger may have mixed alcohol and medication.
