The Seahawks will have wide receiver Irv Charles available for Thursday night’s game against the Broncos. Charles was activated from injured reserve on Tuesday afternoon. Running back Velus Jones was released in a corresponding move. Charles went on injured reserve in order to continue working his way back from last season’s torn ACL. Charles was playing for the Jets when he was injured and he was traded to the Seahawks for a conditional 2028 draft pick this offseason. Charles mostly played special teams for the Jets and had 14 tackles in 25 games for the AFC East club. Jones had two tackles and two kickoff returns in four appearances this season.
