Ryan Blaney, Carson Hocevar exchange punches after Bristol Night Race

Tempers have boiled over at Bristol, and punches were exchanged between Ryan Blaney and Carson after the Bass Pro Shops Night Race. While Joey Logano was doing his burnout, a fight broke out on pit road. After getting spun out in Stage 3 racing for P2, Ryan Blaney stormed down pit road to have word with Carson Hocevar. Hocevar threw two punches, sending Blaney to the ground. Blaney re-emerged to throw a punch back before they were separated. Following the Stage 3 contact, a livid Blaney gave the following quotes to USA Sports: “I tried to protect the bottom, he crossed, and never lifted and got crashed. So, yeah, that’s what I thought happened, that’s what it looked like happened.” Asked who was at fault, Blaney, let loose. “Oh, I don’t fucking know. I got crashed.
