Russian forces are striking civilian infrastructure across Odesa region,” Kiper said. “The morning attack damaged the upper floors of a multi-story apartment building and private residences. Ternopil Mayor Serhiy Nadal confirmed an impact on urban infrastructure, noting that emergency crews from the State Emergency Service (SES) deployed to contain the aftermath. Earlier on Saturday evening, a Russian jet-powered drone hit a distribution depot belonging to postal and logistics company Nova Poshta in the Odesa region, wounding two people and damaging the facility’s facade, glazing, and freight vehicles.
