A Russian morning strike targeted a civilian automobile traveling through the center of Kramatorsk in Donetsk region on Sunday, Sept. 13, killing two people and injuring four others, regional authorities reported. Emergency response units and municipal services were dispatched to the impact site to extinguish fires, provide emergency medical care to the wounded, and verify the full extent of the structural and material destruction. Filashkin underscored that the attack demonstrates Moscow’s persistent policy of targeting non-combatants across the front-line province, renewing urgent calls for civilians to leave the area. “Again and again, the Russians prove that they came here to kill everyone they can reach. Every day in Donetsk region is a mortal danger. I urge all residents of Donetsk region, especially families with children: evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine,” Filashkin stated.
