In the Darnytskyi district, police and the DSNS are conducting a complex demining operation involving an unexploded ballistic missile – launched by the enemy at the capital overnight – that was found amidst residential buildings,” police stated.Police bomb disposal experts and DSNS units were working at the scene, while access to the area was restricted.Specialists were tasked with removing the warhead and transporting it to a testing ground for subsequent neutralization. Police urged Kyiv residents not to approach the site of the operation.The capital was targeted by ballistic missiles several times, with strikes reported at around 3:23 a.m. and again at approximately 5 a.m.Rescuers extinguished a fire covering 200 square meters at a local garage cooperative, where the bodies of the two victims were discovered during the firefighting operation. The bird facility – including the chicken coop and quail house – has burned down. Birds and a cat were inside, along with all the equipment and feed,” Snopko wrote. “Nyushanik Estate” was a specialized center caring for birds of prey and waterfowl. Its specialists looked after storks, swans, owls, hawks and kestrels.Birds that could not return to the wild because of severe injuries remained at the estate permanently.
