Romualdez in hospital as police serve arrest warrant

Martin Romualdez is in the hospital as authorities look for him to serve the arrest warrant issued by the Sandiganbayan. Zaldy Co and two others hours after the Office of the Ombudsman filed the information containing the formal charges against the accused.
