Richmond Hts. council approves Belle Oaks bond issuance as apartment construction progresses
Richmond Heights City Council approved a second bond issuance for the Belle Oaks Marketplace mixed-use development on Richmond Road. Five of the seven apartment buildings have received such funding. The first apartments are projected to open to tenants in early November.
