Crews with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will be working on resurfacing nine state highways across the Philadelphia region next week. The resurfacing operations will take place in Bucks, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties, where crews will work to repair and resurface more than 240 miles of state highways.
