The investment firm will become Puck’s largest shareholder under the deal, according to Variety. The transaction follows reports last month that RedBird was in advanced talks to invest in the subscription-focused outlet, which was founded in 2021 by Jon Kelly, Max Tcheyan and Joe Purzycki.
