QC issues traffic advisory for Friday’s La Naval procession
MANILA, Philippines — The Quezon City government advised motorists to temporarily use alternative routes as heavy traffic is expected on Friday, Oct. 9, during the procession of the image of Our Lady of La Naval De Manila. The city government said in an advisory that traffic build is expected from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
