Amazon created Prime Video in 2006, which started as a download service called Amazon Unbox for subscribers to download digital movies and TV shows. In 2008, it shifted to video on demand, and in 2011, Amazon Instant Video was born, with a streaming library of 5,000 titles for Prime members. Prime Video officially came to be in 2018, and is now one of the biggest streaming services in the world with over 210 million users. As confirmed by THR, the streaming giant Prime Video is launching a huge streaming bundle with AMC+, Starz, MGM+, PBS Masterpiece, and BritBox available for one price. The new price, including all the services, is $29.99 per month. According to the streamer, it includes a 39% discount compared to subscribing to each service individually on Prime Video. Ryan Pirozzi, head of Prime Video Channels, U.S., released a statement to subscribers and stated: "Today marks a milestone for our customers, the launch of the first-ever five-service streaming bundle on Prime Video. Our subscriptions and bundles business continues to see incredible growth because we stay focused on delivering unmatched selection, value, and convenience. With AMC+, MGM+, BritBox, PBS Masterpiece, and STARZ together, Prime Video customers get the premium entertainment they love, all in one place." Prime Video has essentially become a hub for all things streaming, not just through its own catalogue, but the impressive access to many services, including HBO Max, Hayu, and Apple TV.
