(CSE: PRME) (“Prime” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has finalized and agreed to settlement terms between Prime, Roynat Inc. (“Roynat”), and Financement Agricole Canada (“FAC” together with Roynat, the “Creditors”) and has completed a one-time cash payment of $1,010,000 to the Creditors (the “Settlement Payment”).
