Presley Gerber’s ex-girlfriend reveals ‘anger’ in heartbreaking tribute after his death

The only son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber died at a rehab facility in Los Angeles on Sunday. The death is now being investigated as a suspected overdose. Canadian model Charlotte D’Alessio has now penned an emotional tribute to Presley, whom she dated for two years from 2018. The duo reportedly met through Presley’s sister, actress and model Kaia Gerber, 25, in December of 2017. Reflecting on their relationship, Charlotte shared photos from their time together, saying she’ll ‘always remember’ her former partner. ‘Shared a pure love with you & for that I thank & honor your life. You deserved more time. You deserved more life. Very angry ab this,’ she wrote alongside a photo of the pair together. I hope you can feel it.’ Stars including Brooklyn Beckham and his wife, Nicola Peltz, Brody Jenner, and Paris Hilton have since paid tribute to model Presley, writing that they are ‘heartbroken’. A spokesperson for the Santa Monica Police Department confirmed to Metro that officers responded to calls of a ‘possible overdose’ at 9.35am on Sunday in the 1000 block of Berkeley Street. ‘Upon arrival, officers located an adult male who was deceased,’ their statement added. ‘The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner has identified the individual as Presley Gerber, 27. He was pronounced dead at 9.45am. At this time, there is no indication of foul play.’ Gerber’s official cause and manner of death are yet to be determined by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner, and the investigation remains ongoing. Presley made his runway debut for Moschino in Los Angeles in 2016 and went on to work with major brands including Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana and Celine. In recent years he’d spoken publicly about his struggles with mental health and addiction in a bid to help others.
