The Preferred Shares and Class A Shares will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) under the existing symbols PGIC.PR.A and PGIC, respectively.The offering is expected to close on or about September 18, 2026, and is subject to certain closing conditions including approval by the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”).
