Pop-up festivals coming to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in August
After a summer that brought major events to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, including the FIFA World Cup and Fourth of July celebrations, Eakins Oval will host another slate of activities during the Oval Minifest this August.
