She was found unresponsive in a local Greenville apartment by Brian’s brother Zach, according to reports. Despite paramedics’ efforts to revive her, she was declared dead around 2 pm. In the days following her death, Hayden’s mom Lesley Vogel has spoken out to slam the pair’s rekindled relationship. “This person in her life that we have been trying to get rid of for quite some time was with her at her death, and that was Brian Hickerson,” Lesley told NBC News on Tuesday. The on-off couple had traveled from L.A. to South Carolina together the day before her death. Brian did not become visibly emotional until EMS declared the 36-year-old actress dead, according to a heavily redacted report released by Greenville Police.
