Police investigating hanging death in Upper Marlboro

Details of this story are disturbing. A man was found dead hanging outside Sunday morning in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. According to people who witnessed the incident, the man was Black and was found hanging from a tree. It happened just before 8 a.m. on Darcy Road, right near Sandsbury Road.
