Fans are starting to get really excited about Pokémon TCG's upcoming Delta Reign set, which is finally set to launch in one month from today on November 6. It comes fresh on the heels of the recently released 30th Celebration set, which was a proper nod to fans for the franchise's anniversary that gave us several incredible new cards to keep us busy for a while. Delta Reign, however, represents a return to the TCG's ongoing Mega Evolution series as its sixth main expansion, with Mega Rayquaza ex positioned as the set's biggest attraction. The Legendary Mon's return is particularly exciting given that Mega Rayquaza hasn't appeared as a Pokémon ex since the XY era. The expansion will also introduce the new Legendary Stadium mechanic, alongside additional Mega Evolution Pokémon ex and more than 140 cards overall, and thanks to a new leak, fans can get an early look at what's to come. As collectors and players gear up for Delta Reign's launch next month, they've just been given a sneak peek at what's to come with several new English cards just revealed. These include Thundurus, Hypno, Kecleon, the Legendary Pyroduct, Enamorus, Zorua, and Aarune (via PokeBeach). Enamorus has now been shown as an Illustration Rare, while Aarune has received a Special Illustration Rare that depicts the Secret Base Expert from Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Zorua is another Illustration Rare joining the set, giving collectors several more artwork-focused cards to chase beyond the Mega Evolution Pokémon ex that most fans are looking forward to. The reveals also offer some interesting possibilities for players, with Hypno and Kecleon both featuring attacks with damage that can scale based on cards in a player's hand, while Thundurus forms part of a four-Pokémon strategy alongside Tornadus, Landorus, and Enamorus. All four share an Ability that can remove the Colorless portions of their attack costs when the entire group is in play. Legendary Pyroduct may be one of the more interesting new reveals. Known from the Japanese release as part of the new Legendary Stadium concept, it consists of two cards that are played together to create a single Stadium with a combined illustration. Its English name is also a change from the earlier fan translation "Legendary Lava Lake," with "Pyroduct" referring to a real-world naturally formed underground lava conduit. Pokémon has previously showcased cards including Heat Rotom ex, Delibird, Groudon, Kommo-o, and Zinnia's Trust, while Mega Rayquaza ex, Mega Golisopod ex, Mega Golurk ex, and Mega Malamar ex are among the expansion's major Mega Evolution additions. Delta Reign will contain more than 140 cards and combines Japan's Storm Emeralda expansion with 30 unique cards from its accompanying MEGA Starter Decks, plus additional Japanese promotional cards. With so much of the set now revealed, November is shaping up to be massive month for Pokémon TCG collectors.
