With more than a decade of experience, Moraru specializes in middle-market to large and complex property and builder’s risk placements, serving clients across a wide range of industries, including commercial real estate, hospitality, habitational, retail, industrial, and catastrophe-prone properties. Moraru brings both underwriting and brokerage expertise to his role.
