PCG, AFP, PNP hold drills on major earthquake response

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and Philippine National Police (PNP) on Wednesday kicked off a three-day exercise in Manila to test their response to a major earthquake. The “Pagsasanay Sanlakas” will simulate a major earthquake requiring the three services to coordinate search and rescue, retrieval operations, emergency
