Paul Scholes hints Declan Rice and Morgan Rogers may have fallen out at WORLD CUP following Arsenal-Chelsea row

PAUL SCHOLES has speculated that there may have been an issue between Declan Rice and Morgan Rogers at the World Cup. The England duo were involved in a furious exchange during Arsenal’s 2-1 win over Chelsea on Sunday. Discussing the incident on The Good, The Bad & The Football, Scholes asked whether the pair may have already fallen out with England at the World Cup. The ex-Manchester United star said: “Do you think there’s a little bit of something between Morgan Rogers and Declan Rice? “Do you think there might have been a little bit of something during the summer? Unfortunately VAR cannot get involved in cautionary offenses, but you would have thought the assistant on that side may have seen it and may have helped him.
