Passenger arrested on Britain-bound flight after ‘crashing into boy on zebra crossing’ leaving him with fractured skull

POLICE cuffed a passenger on a plane in Malaga after he allegedly crashed into a schoolboy and left him with a fractured skull. Just moments before the flight was due to take off for Manchester, officers arrested the suspect on suspicion of a horrifying hit-and-run. The terrifying incident unfolded at around 9:45am as the boy, 12, was walking to school with his older brother. Sign up for The Sun newsletter Thank you! He had reportedly been waiting at a pedestrian crossing when he was struck by a white Opel Corsa. The impact left the child with a fractured skull. The driver then fled Francisco de Jorge Gallardo Street as the boy’s older brother, 15, raced after the car and shouted for the car to stop. Police and paramedics scrambled to the scene – but it was a member of the public who rushed the youngster to hospital. The family has said it was a “miracle” the child survived. The boy is still in Málaga’s Maternal and Child Hospital following the horror crash.
