She shares everything from product ideation and favorite recipes to pattern designs, morning routines, her garden, mucking around with chickens and quail, and, of course, her recent marriage to tennis darling Tommy Paul, one of the world’s top-ranked players, who just competed in the US Open, and has his own legion of obsessed fans. Building on a blueprint established by Ralph Lauren and Martha Stewart, albeit through a distinctly 21st-century model, she doesn’t just sell a brand—she lives entirely within its world. “You can see the inspiration for her clothes in the house, and the inspiration for her house in her clothes,” says Tommy. The two met in Vermont as teens, each enrolled in prestigious ski academies where they trained as alpine racers. Having collaborated on several Dairy Boy pop-ups and initiatives, Parkhurst—who recently launched her design firm, studio.ap and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in architecture at Pratt Institute—shares Paige’s affinity for heritage patterns, nostalgic prints, and vintage-inspired spaces.Fresh eggs from the coop are sold at the Dairy Boy Farmstand, a beloved outpost for organic food and fresh produce in Weston, Connecticut. Paige wears a tailored Carolina Herrera skirt paired with a crisp white blouse. A Rahaminov necklace and earrings add a touch of glam sparkle. A resident chicken is right at home among French antique blue floral plates, a Wolf range and a custom plaster hood, and millwork by DAC Carpentry painted in Benjamin Moore’s Linen White. Valérie Lavaure Handwoven Willow Strawberry BasketVintage Country French Counter Stools (Set of 3)“The idea was to uncover the house’s character and charm by honoring its bones and creating a layered, lived-in, timeless feel,” says Parkhurst. Working closely with Paige and Mauricio Pani, a local craftsman, woodworker, and contractor, Parkhurst oversaw structural renovations, including adding a sunroom, designing custom millwork throughout the house, and sourcing interior furnishings. Parkhurst underscores the collaborative process: “Paige knows what she wants. She has this mindset that if it doesn’t exist, she’ll make it.”An antique French dining table and chairs from Knock on Wood Antiques are paired with an accent dining chair from Berkshire Galleries of Great Barrington. Covington Flax Roman shades and a Stiffel brass table lamp from Fairfield Antique and Design add texture. The walls are painted in Benjamin Moore’s October Mist. A classic vintage secretary desk anchors the writing nook, paired with an 1800s French Barbizon School–style oil painting; Megan Joy Lee’s abstract Where the Grass Grows is from Facebook Marketplace; a textural needlepoint footstool from Fairfield Antique and Design Center; and a storied 19th-century faience plate from France. The moment you step inside, it’s as if you’ve walked into a home passed down through generations, with pieces that reflect a storied lineage. The entryway pairs a 19th-century European enfilade sideboard, sourced on Facebook Marketplace, with an old-world-inspired solid-oak settee, designed by Olive Ateliers. The staircase, finished in Farrow & Ball’s Card Room Green, rises alongside a gallery wall displaying prints of New England fowl and farm life. Near the door, a pair of well-worn Dairy Boy Wellies stand ready for Paige’s trips to the garden and chicken coop, where she gathers fresh eggs for breakfast and for customers at the Dairy Boy Farmstand.The primary bedroom features a custom canopy bed and headboard upholstered in Cowtan & Tout’s Rose and Hydrangea in Platinum and Teak, with a dust ruffle and canopy lining from Kravet’s Checks, Plaids & Tickings Collection. The Fabric Connection crafted all the upholstered pieces. Boston Swing Arm sconces in hand-rubbed antique brass from Visual Comfort flank the bed, and the Neverland nightstand is from Olive Ateliers. Across from the canopy bed, an acrylic freestanding tub is paired with an antique side table sourced in Lille. The windows are dressed in Cowtan & Tout’s Rose and Hydrangea in Platinum and Teak, while custom cabinetry by Cody’s Custom Creations features Schumacher’s Imogen curtains in Mocha. Seating includes wing chairs reupholstered in Stroheim’s Como Velvet in Bronze, a vintage midcentury Spanish gilt-iron bench from 145 Antiques, and an ottoman from Facebook Marketplace recovered in Colefax & Fowler’s Denbury in Pale Blue. Overhead, a Flemish round chandelier in aged iron by Visual Comfort hangs above the room. Custom fireplace tile from Tiger Cat Tiles features Paige’s favorite flowers. The rug is from Nordic Knots. The kitchen is the central gathering spot, where high-performance appliances meet provincial warmth. French antique floral blue plates, 19th-century watercolors, and oil paintings complement the charming collection of custom-painted Delft tiles—from Tiger Cat Tiles, a one-woman shop on Etsy—featuring locations, symbols, and characters that hold special meaning for the couple. Paige’s collection of baskets, many sourced from M. Wright Vintage and Antiques, hangs above a solid red-oak dairy table from Norton Family Millwork, found on Etsy and repurposed as an additional island. Handmade reclaimed-wood bar stools in dark walnut surround it. Tucked into a cozy box bay window, a daybed upholstered in Morris & Co.’s heritage Lodden pattern “is the house magnet,” says Parkhurst. “Everyone wants to sit on it.” It’s also Tommy’s favorite perch. “That’s my spot,” he says. “When Paige is in the kitchen, I’m on the daybed.”Nicholas Herbert’s Bhavani original wallpaper provides a soft, feminine backdrop for Paige’s dressing room and vanity area. Custom cabinetry designed by Annie Parkhurst and built by DAC Carpentry is painted in Benjamin Moore’s Beach Glass and paired with curtains in Schumacher’s Colette in Charcoal. Venezia Marble supplied and fabricated the White Rhino countertops. Lighting includes pendants by Matt Alford Studio and a sconce from Alice Lane Home. Custom sofas upholstered in Dairy Boy’s “Sunroom Flower”—the same print featured on pajamas in the brand’s upcoming fall collection—give the room its signature charm. “I’m deeply impacted by my surroundings,” Paige says, admiring a vase of fresh-cut dahlias from her garden. “I notice everything that’s beautiful and try to take it all in.”In the primary bathroom, a Rebeccah Tilt mirror from Shades of Light hangs above an Edwardian widespread faucet by Perrin & Rowe. Calacatta Borghini countertops from Academy Marble pair with custom millwork by DAC Carpentry and a vintage wood cabinet from Olive Ateliers, while Farrow & Ball’s Slipper Satin lends the walls a soft, understated finish. “I watch Tommy’s tennis matches in this room,” says Paige. The antique French monumental coffee table is from Sylvie & Co., a French antique e-commerce platform, while the reupholstered armchairs in Thibaut’s Crête in Olive and the chandelier are from Facebook Marketplace. Custom pillows from Trove Studio are upholstered in Scalamandré’s Blois de Flandre and trimmed with Samuel & Sons. A vintage hand-painted wooden pub sign for The Greyhound, signed by British sign and equestrian artist P.J. Oldreive and sourced from Trove Design Studios, hangs alongside a vintage wicker chaise lounge from Berkshire Galleries of Great Barrington. The quilt dates to the early 1900s. A wrought-iron Spanish martini table, purchased from Canterbury Cottage Antiques on Chairish, sits atop a faux-sheepskin rug, while paneled drapery in Thibaut’s Katsura in Green and White coordinates with the daybed and throw pillows on the armchairs. The floral thread continues through the primary bedroom, with the billowy canopy bed and headboard upholstered in Cowtan & Tout’s Rose and Hydrangea, a pattern repeated on the window coverings. Parkhurst sourced the fabric through The Fabric Connection, a forty-year-old textile and design institution in Middletown, Rhode Island, whose proprietors handled the upholstery and on-site finishings, including the dust ruffle and canopy lining, made from Kravet’s Checks, Plaids & Tickings Collection. The room’s large windows look out over the property’s mature treetops. “From the beginning, Paige knew she wanted a bathtub here,” says Parkhurst, who fitted the space with a simple white acrylic freestanding tub. “I loved the idea of making it feel almost like a little hotel suite,” Paige says.The “Bunny Room” features a headboard and Roman shades upholstered in Schumacher’s Cottontails in Moss. The walls are painted in Benjamin Moore’s Linen White, complemented by Dry Sage trim, while a white Liila ceiling light from Docos and a Jade mirror from Anthropologie add sculptural touches. Pooky Lighting sconces with custom shades in Morris & Co.’s Thyme Wallflower flank the room, alongside an antique quilt sourced on Facebook Marketplace. Reminiscent of the great Adirondack camps at the turn of the century, the “Wood Room,” named for its wood-clad walls and vaulted ceiling, has triple exposures, an iron chandelier, and a commanding stone fireplace. “This is where I watch Tommy’s matches,” says Paige, gesturing toward the large Samsung Frame TV. An antique hand-painted wooden pub sign sourced at Trove Design Studios, the company behind Paige’s Dairy Boy boutique interiors, adds to the room’s clubby feel.“I get really inspired by seasons,” says Paige. “They feel like new chapters. It’s been such a beautiful part of being from New England.” Tommy at home on his tennis court in New Balance sneakers and attire. The couple enjoys playing tennis together on the court. “We love getting out here and being active,” says Tommy. “We’re looking forward to hosting a tennis tournament with our friends one day,” says Paige, who also plays pickleball on the court. Outside, the property unfolds as an idyllic country retreat. The original barn has been converted into a state-of-the-art gym, complete with a golf simulator, while a guest cottage, pool, and terraced steps lead down to the tennis court—a favorite spot where they play together and with friends. “I can’t wait for the change of seasons and for Thanksgiving,” Tommy says. “Between tournaments, I don’t get to spend much time at home. But when I’m here, I never want to leave.”An Argentinian grill was among the first items to arrive at the house and has since become a staple. “I cook a lot,” says Paige. “Tommy barbecues a lot. That’s his kitchen.” In the foreground, iron Evermore sling-back chairs from Olive Ateliers provide a relaxing spot to gather. “When my mom comes up here, she’s in heaven,” says Tommy. “She lives on a farm and is constantly trying to give us some of her sheep.” The only thing missing is their horse, who is stabled at a nearby farm in Oxford. “The ultimate goal is to build a barn and have horses here,” says Paige. “There’s a beautiful trail called the Fairfield Bridle Path that winds through neighboring backyards. People are obviously private about their property, but if you’re on a horse, you’re good.”“The biggest luxury in life is your home,” Paige says. “I’ve always believed this. Renovating this house was incredibly emotional for me. Hard times, late nights… Tommy and I have worked so hard to be able to live like this.
