INQUIRER FILES TUGUEGARAO CITY — Police in Cagayan Valley seized more than P7.4 million worth of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) and arrested 203 individuals during simultaneous anti-criminality law enforcement operations conducted from July 9 to 15, regional police reported.
