If the average gasoline fill-up per week is 15 gallons, with the 38.5 cents per gallon gas tax suspended, over 12 to 13 weeks, the average driver will pay around $70 to $75 less. Meanwhile, these funds that would have gone to road maintenance ($690 million) because of the tax will need to be “found” elsewhere. Who will pick up that tab? You guessed it: you, me, and our fellow Ohioans. The depravity of this move by Ramaswamy can be seen for what it is ... an attempt to trick voters into believing that he truly cares about their well-being. Make no mistake, he cares only about your vote, and, if elected, you will see just how much he does not care about you or your families. That the craven Ohio GOP legislature will blindly obey their new master tells Ohioans everything they need to know about why a vote for Ramaswamy in November is a vote for the same corruption seen for decades from this group.
