Official trailer for Sundays

Sundays, directed by Alauda Ruiz de Azúa, follows 17-year-old Ainara as she grapples with the idea of joining a cloistered order of nuns in Bilbao. The film, which has already won awards at film festivals, delves into themes of faith, personal identity, and the challenges of adolescence. The official trailer hints at a poignant exploration of Ainara's internal conflict and the cultural and spiritual landscape of contemporary Spain. This story matters as it provides a nuanced look at the intersection of tradition and modernity in religious and personal choices.
