THE NHS England app has gone down as over a thousand reports are issued by users. The app is designed for users to easily manage and track updates to their healthcare services. The site seems to indicate that the issues concern the NHS app, with 81 per cent of reports, and a smaller number of reports noting problems with the login. A post on X by Downdetector states: “User reports indicate problems with NHS England since 5:10 AM EDT.” A post on X by a user trying to use their app said: “Just had a message from my GP surgery, need to log in to the NHS app to view it, the NHS app is down.” They said that their sister had also tried the app and couldn’t access it either. Another said: “Is there a widespread NHS issue going on?? App and main site both down for me….” A third wrote: “Can’t access app and when reporting it appears the webpage is also down.” Some users have now reported being able to log back in.
