Guard Austin Barber was fined only $6,944.Video of the celebration shows Judkins taking a puff and passing to Barber, before Judkins takes a puff and passes to Watson.Those were the only celebrations that were fined for Week 4.The recent statement allows drinking celebrations; celebrations that depict smoking or drug use remain prohibited.
