Napolcom probes police official’s assault on college student
MANILA, Philippines — The National Police Commission (Napolcom) on Wednesday ordered an investigation into allegations that a police official assaulted and threatened to kill a college student. The complaint was filed by a 20-year-old student, who uses the alias “Ace,” against Senior Master Sgt. Don Carlos Almonidovar of the General Trias Component City Police Station
