Nadda assures all support for Quantum Bio Valley project in Amaravati

The Union government will extend all support to the Andhra Pradesh government in establishing the Amaravati Quantum Bio Valley, assures Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare J.P. Nadda.The Union Minister was speaking at the Old Government General Hospital in Vijayawada on Saturday, where he inaugurated the Critical Care Block. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and State Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav were present.Responding positively to Mr. Naidu’s proposal to give national recognition to the project, Mr. Nadda said that a technical team would be sent to Amaravati for further discussions.Mr. Nadda appreciated the Chief Minister’s vision for the Quantum Bio Valley and said that the suggestions made by him would be considered.The Union Minister also praised the State government’s Sanjeevani programme, which aims to detect diseases at an early stage to improve life expectancy. Mr. Nadda said the Centre would take a cue and examine the possibility of implementing the programme at the national level.The Union Minister also appreciated Mr. Naidu’s commitment to Polavaram, Veligonda and Handri-Neeva projects, stating that efficient use of water resources would contribute to the State’s development.
