Police estimated the boy had only been alive for 36 hours before he was discovered.Police have cordoned off Harrow Road, Auburn, following the grim discovery.Janie BarrettDetectives identified the mother after an exhaustive review of CCTV footage, and a wide appeal for information in the area.The 24-year-old was taken to hospital by police on Tuesday.
