Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and other heads of state from member and partner countries are scheduled to attend.“The bond between Mr. Modi and Mr. Trump goes beyond the normal Prime Minister-President relationship,” the Ambassador told Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh in Imphal, insisting that Mr. Trump cherished this relationship.Mr. Gor also said he was happy that the Prime Minister was focusing on the development of the northeastern region, “which is good for a diverse country like India”.The Chief Minister invited the U.S. Ambassador to the upcoming Manipur Sangai Festival. “India is a mini-world and Manipur, a mini-India, is home to 36 communities,” Mr. Singh said.He also highlighted tourism and other allied sectors as potential areas for development in Manipur.
