The company says the new edition will bring a more exclusive and premium experience to the Windsor lineup.The Windsor has completed two years in the Indian market and, according to MG, has been chosen by more than 80,000 families. The company also claims that the Windsor is currently India’s No. 1 EV in terms of its stated sales achievement.MG Windsor Indulge Edition: What we knowMG has not revealed the full details of the Indulge Edition yet, the special edition is expected to differentiate itself from the standard Windsor through additional interior styling and equipment, although MG is yet to confirm the changes.The standard Windsor is positioned between a sedan and an SUV, combining a spacious cabin with SUV-inspired proportions. It is offered with two battery options. The standard version gets a 38kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 332km, while the Windsor Pro uses a larger 52.9kWh battery pack and has a claimed range of 449km. Both versions use a 100kW electric motor producing 136PS and 200Nm of torque.MG Windsor featuresThe Windsor follows MG’s Aero Glide design philosophy and focuses heavily on cabin comfort and technology. One of its key interior highlights is the Aero Lounge seating, with the seats capable of reclining by up to 135 degrees. The cabin also features a large 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment display, which MG calls the GRANDVIEW Touch Display. The feature list, along with the exterior and interior changes specific to the Indulge Edition, is expected to be revealed at the upcoming unveil.With the Indulge Edition, MG is looking to build on the Windsor’s growing presence in the Indian EV market while adding a more distinctive version to its lineup.
