However, not all god-killing weapons are created equal. Some have slain a few gods, while others have been used to decimate entire pantheons. These god-killing weapons are all powerful in their own right, but their histories and the number of gods they’ve killed shed some light on just how powerful they can be. However, the immense power the blade grants its user comes with a horrifying curse. It slowly corrupts the psyche of its wielder, feeding on their dark impulses until an insatiable bloodlust overtakes them. Over generations, the sword has taken the lives of countless people. Sir Percy and his bloodline are consumed by rage and psychosis due to the blade. The Blade has a terrifying legacy, being used to slaughter millions of civilians in the nation of Slorenia by the villain, Bloodwraith. 6 Godkiller & Grasscutter During the ancient war between Greek and Japanese gods featured in Secret Warriors (2009) #10, a blacksmith forged the swords Godkiller and Grasscutter for both pantheons. Zeus claimed Godkiller, while Amatsu-Mikaboshi claimed Grasscutter. These two swords were perfectly crafted to kill gods, although Grasscutter had a small flaw in its craftsmanship.
