Marcos honors Quirino Gov. Cua’s legacy in public service
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has paid his last respects to Quirino Governor Dakila Carlo “Dax” Cua, who died on Sept. 15 at the age of 48.
