The victim, in her 20s, was reportedly inappropriately touched at around 3pm on June 30 in an Oxford shopping centre. In the released image, the man can be seen wearing a pink shirt and sunglasses. No arrests have yet been made in connection to the event. Investigating officer PC Emily Rice said: “We are releasing this CCTV image as we believe the individual pictured may have information that could assist our investigation. “If this is you, or if you recognise the person shown in the image, please contact Thames Valley Police.” Anyone with information has been asked to call 101 using the reference 43260331880 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously.
