Man wanted after cat found shot, caught in trap in Upper Gwynedd

An arrest warrant has been issued for a North Wales man accused in what Upper Gwynedd Township police describe as a disturbing animal abuse case. Police are searching for Steven Buchecker, who is wanted on charges including felony animal abuse, making threats and witness intimidation.
